- Check-In & Boarding: Check-in opens at 16:00 hrs at Asiatique The Riverfront, Warehouse 7.
- Boarding gates close promptly at 17:00 hrs. Late arrivals will be treated as a no-show and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule.
- The sunset cruising program operates daily 17:00 – 18:45 hrs (every day of the week).
- Seating is assigned by our staff on the day of the cruise. Edge and riverside seats are limited and given priority to early reservations. We strongly recommend booking in advance to secure a preferred riverside position.
- Weather Policy: In the event of rain or inclement weather, guests seated on the outdoor rooftop deck may be relocated to an indoor deck. The cruise will continue to operate under all weather conditions unless safety concerns arise.
- Route Notice: the cruise operates on a round-trip route departing from and returning to Asiatique The Riverfront (Pier 2). The cruising route is subject to change without prior notice, depending on water levels and river conditions at the time of departure.
- Tickets are non-refundable once booked. In the event of personal cancellation or failure to board before the gate closes, no refund will be issued.
