- On New Year's Eve, traffic is extremely heavy. We strongly recommend avoiding travel by car or allowing at least one extra hour for your journey.

Reservation: Your seat reservation will be confirmed upon payment, and an e-voucher will be sent to your email for check-in.
Boarding: Boarding gates close at 20:15 hrs. Late arrival will be considered a no-show without refund.
Seating: Seating is assigned by our staff. Edge seats are limited and prioritized for early reservations, so we recommend booking in advance to secure a riverside seat.
Weather Policy: In case of rain, outdoor seats may be moved to an indoor deck.
